DEPOSITS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT:
There is a prepayment of $50 per person to reserve your appointment.
This prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.
RESCHEDULING:
> before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time - if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you may do so prior to 48 hours using the confirmation link that is text message and email to you once your appointment is confirmed. If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule on your own and will have to reach out in order to switch dates and times. Deposits are not refundable however, they are transferable to another date when you reschedule on time.
< Less than 48 hours - you will lose 100% of your deposit amount and will need to pay another deposit in order to book again with us in the future. This is due to the fact that we have to pay staff to come in for your scheduled time as well as we lose the ability to book another appointment in your time slot. As long as there is active communication, we are able to transfer your appointment to another date.
If you No show without communication more than two times, you will not be able to book with us again in the future.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so prior to 48 hours so that you do not forfeit your deposit amount. Unfortunately, appointments canceled less than 48 hours will need to pay another Prepayment deposit in order to reschedule in the future.
REMAINING BALANCE:
The remaining balance for your appointment will be paid the date of service after your appointment.
Mobile Services
For all services within a 10-mile radius, a $25 mobile fee will apply. Each additional mile incurs an extra $1 charge.
